At Family Trust, we prioritize finding ways to make managing your money easier. Thanks to new digital banking features, you can now access your card instantly after issuance in the Family Trust Digital Banking app¹.

How to view your card information in the Family Trust App:

• Open the Family Trust digital banking app.
• Tap the “More” menu (three dots in the bottom right).
• Go to Member Services and select Card Management.
• Select “View details”.
• For your security, you’ll be asked to verify your identity – just follow the on-screen prompts to confirm it's you.
• View card details.

It’s that simple! Now, you have access to your card with these easy steps. From here, you can also add your card to your mobile wallet¹. You can also quickly and easily lock your card in the Digital Banking app to help prevent unauthorized use. Need to use it again? Unlocking your card is just as simple. 1. Digital Banking requires that you download the Family Trust Digital Banking app, available for select mobile devices. Message and data rates may apply.  Digital card issuance and access are subject to eligibility and approval. The digital card is designed for you to conveniently have access to your digital card credentials to make eligible purchases.  Some transaction types may not be supported by the digital card.  For example, the digital card cannot be used for in person transactions unless it’s added/loaded to your digital wallet.
