It’s time for community partnership grants again! We love to give back to our community because you, the community, make us who we are. That's why we partner with The Community Partnership Foundation (The CPF) to make York County a better place to live, work, and play.
Tell your favorite nonprofit the deadline to apply for a spring community partnership grant is March 15.
