Card breaches and fraud have us all thinking about safety. That’s why we ask you to call before you travel to other countries and throughout the U.S.
For your protection, your card could be blocked when it’s used in places that don’t reflect your usual activity. We’ve identified the states and countries where your Debit and/or credit cards could be blocked.
Fill out the Travel Notification Form below or call us at 803-367-4100 before you travel and we’ll make sure you have access to your card. Your security is important to us.

Card Fraud Prevention Alerts
- When potential fraud is detected, you’ll receive an automatic email notification, with the option to reply with “fraud” or “no fraud.”
- One minute after the email, you will receive a text alert, which also has the “fraud” or “no fraud” option.
- If there is no response received from you will then receive automatic phone calls to confirm or deny fraud. The call will also give the option of speaking to a fraud analyst.
Our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number. The phone number for our Fraud Center is 1-800-417-4592.
