What payment methods are accepted?
Depending on the payment option selected, you may pay using: Family Trust account transfer, External checking or savings account, Debit card (where applicable)
Is there a fee to make a payment?
Some payment methods may be offered at no cost, while other may include a convenience fee. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete your transaction.
When will my payment be applied?
Payments are generally applied on the time or date they are received. Payments submitted after the daily processing cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed the next business day.
Can I schedule future payments?
Yes. Depending on the payment method, you may be able to schedule future or recurring payments.

Pay Using Your Family Trust Account
Making a loan payment from your Family Trust checking or savings account is easy through Digital Banking.
Simply log in to your account and select Transfer and Pay to transfer funds from your Family Trust checking or savings account to your loan.
You can also make a payment from another financial institution by setting up External Transfers within Transfer and Pay.
