Lost or Stolen Card
You can temporarily block your card in digital banking and unblock it to resume using it. If you believe your Visa® debit or credit card has been lost or stolen:
- Call 1-888-333-4907 to block your card now. Newly issued cards and existing cards can be found in our mobile app, and get a new card by mail in 7 to 10 business days
- Visit a branch to block your card now.
