Lost or Stolen Card
You can temporarily block your card in digital banking and unblock it to resume using it. If you believe your Visa® debit or credit card has been lost or stolen:
- To block your card, call 1-888-333-4907 or visit a branch. You can view your existing and newly issued cards1 in our mobile app2. A replacement card will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days
- After-hours Visa® debit or credit card transaction assistance line: 1-888-333-4907
- Lost or stolen Visa® Gift Card: 1-866-496-6183

Physical cards will arrive by mail 7-10 business days. For your convenience, you may request your card be rushed for $50. Click to see our fee schedule.
