What should I do if my debit or credit card is lost or stolen?

Immediately block your card in digital banking or call 1-888-333-4907 to report it lost or stolen. You can continue using eligible debit and credit cards digitally through our mobile app while you wait for your replacement card to arrive. Physical replacement cards are typically mailed within 7–10 business days

How do I report fraud or suspicious activity?

If you notice unauthorized activity on your account or receive a suspicious call, text, email or other communication claiming to be from Family Trust, contact Member Support immediately. Our team will review the situation and follow the appropriate procedures to help protect your account and address any potential fraud concerns.

Lost or Stolen Card

You can temporarily block your card in digital banking and unblock it to resume using it. If you believe your Visa® debit or credit card has been lost or stolen:

  • To block your card, call 1-888-333-4907 or visit a branch. You can view your existing and newly issued cards1 in our mobile app2. A replacement card will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days
  • After-hours Visa® debit or credit card transaction assistance line: 1-888-333-4907
  • Lost or stolen Visa® Gift Card: 1-866-496-6183
  1. Physical cards will arrive by mail 7-10 business days. For your convenience, you may request your card be rushed for $50. Click to see our fee schedule.

  2. Family Trust does not charge for this service, however, your wireless carrier's data rates may apply.
