Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans

Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans (ARMs)

Features
Our ARM products are perfect for first-time home buyers and other home buyers who may not intend to stay in the home very long.
We offer 7/1, 5/1, 3/1, and 1-year adjustable rate mortgage loans.
Purchase with as little as 3% down.
The interest rate is fixed for a specified number of years, and then may go up or down each year afterwards depending on the current market.
Example: With a 5/1 ARM, the rate is fixed for the first five years and could adjust every year after that.

Independence Mortgage

Save time and money upfront, and you can be mortgage-free by retirement. Refinance quickly to a low fixed 7, 10 or 15-year with no closing costs up to $600. Minimum $15,000 refinance. Mobile homes excluded.2
