Saving for college? Trying to buy a car? We all have savings goals. That’s why we’ve teamed up with The Elements of Money to help you meet those goals with the Haiku for You Contest. All you have to do is write a haiku (short poem) about what you’re saving for, and why. Best of all? You could win $250!
There are 2 ways to enter:
- Twitter – Post your haiku, mention @ElementsOfMoney in your tweet, and follow EOM.
- Email – You can email your submission to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The contest runs through November 15, 2015. At the end of it, Elements will select a grand-prize winner. You must be at least 13 to enter.
New to haikus? It’s a poem divided into three lines of five, seven and five syllables. Here’s an example:
