We’re committed to providing an outstanding experience for you and have begun sending surveys asking for feedback.
We’re sending surveys by mail and email to randomly selected members. It should take less than five minutes to complete. We want to know what you consider important and how well we deliver what you value.
We’re also interested in what happens when you visit a branch, call or bank electronically, when you get a new product, and how easily our processes are.
We promise you won’t get more than one every 90 days.
Two companies are helping us conduct the surveys. Email survey invitations are being sent by Satmetrix Systems in California. Paper surveys are being sent by BRG Research in Utah or Competitive Edge in Washington.
Surveys will be labeled with our logo. The subject line in the email will read: Family Trust requests your feedback.
For your security: We’ll never ask for confidential information like your member number, passwords or Social Security number.
