Beginning May 25, Family Trust Bill Pay will be upgraded and get a new look. Here is some information you need for a smooth transition:
- You will be unable to log into Bill Pay or schedule payments May 23-24.
- Be assured that all scheduled payments will be paid, however after May 23, you can only verify payment through your online banking by reviewing your account summary.
- For those of you who have the EBill feature, please be aware that while the payee will transfer to the new site, you’ll need to re-enroll for EBill services.
- In addition, history for payments made prior to the upgrade will be unavailable after May 23. We recommend you print the information you’ll need, or use your online banking for tracking payments.
We’re excited about the changes and know you will be, too. We’ll keep you informed.
Not using Bill Pay? Here are three reasons to consider it.
Set it and forget it.
(We’ve heard that before, right?) It’s true; Bill Pay allows you to schedule bills in advance and ensure they are paid on time.
You don’t have to mail payments (or store card information).
Using Bill Pay reduces security risks because you avoid mailing payments with card information or having card information saved to your computer.
Family Trust offers Bill Pay free to members.
To get started, simply log into online banking and enter your bill information.
