The 2018 Family Trust Annual Charity Golf Tournament celebrated its tenth year and raised $30,000 for three charities: Safe Passage, The Palmetto School at the Children’s Attention Home, and the York County Disabilities Foundation, Miracle Park Project.

Safe Passage, the Palmetto School at the Children’s Attention Home, and York County Disabilities Foundation, Miracle Park Project are three local non-profits that do tremendous things in our community.

Safe Passage provides a 24-hour emergency shelter and crisis line, advocacy, counseling, and other supportive services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse in York, Chester, Lancaster, and Union counties. All services are provided for free.

The Palmetto School at the Children’s Attention Home use proceeds to offer more services to neglected or homeless students. They provide a safe and individualized educational experience that stimulates academic achievement and personal empowerment.

York County Disabilities Foundation, Miracle Park Project is a project designed for people of all disabilities to play and work. It will be in Rock Hill, SC and will be the first of its kind in the US!

“We are so grateful for the folks at Family Trust. Proceeds help us provide the essentials for those in our program, so they can enter the workforce or start school,” said Jada Charlie from Safe Passage.

We want to thank all our community partners who donated funds, teams, raffle items, and purchased sponsorships. Because of all our joined efforts, three tremendous charities will be able to help more people in our community!
