If buying your first home is a goal for 2014, you can learn the basics at a free workshop Nov. 12 sponsored by Family Trust and The Housing Development Corp. of Rock Hill. Part of our Know Your Dough money-management series, the workshop will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the city’s Housing & Neighborhood Services office on Johnston Street across from City Hall.
