A Nominating Committee for the 2016 election of officials has been named by Brown Simpson, board chairman. Committee members are Carol Weichman, Lauren Jones, Warren Barkley. Members in good standing who have an interest in seeking election can discuss the qualifications with any of the committee members.

Being aware of issues that impact credit unions is important to Family Trust and several board members recently spent time with national representatives in Washington, D.C. Board members Beverly Ellis, Ann Reid and Ron Russell joined David Casey, Family Trust’s legislative affairs manager, at the 2015 Congressional Caucus conducted by the National Association of Federal Credit Unions.
Report card week is right around the corner – and Family Trust is paying (double) for good grades when Explorer’s Club members ages 8-12 bring in their report card during our Kids Reward Celebration 2 to 7 p.m. October 29 at our Fort Mill branch.
