Call or Visit When You Need A New Card

With the new chip debit cards on the way, we are not able to issue credit or debit cards in our branches at this time.

Until the service is restored, you can replace a lost or stolen debit or credit card by calling 803-367-4100, visiting a branch or using our secure online chat. The new card will arrive within 7 to 10 days. The PIN will arrive in a separate mailing. (This is a great time to make sure we have an accurate address on file; verify your email address, too!)

Help A Neighbor; Eat More Chocolate

Chocolate and helping have a lot in common at Family Trust, where the sale of candy, books and coupons benefit three non-profits in our county.Employees have adopted the Adult Enrichment Center in Fort Mill, the Early Learning Partnership of York County (ELP) in York, and Rideability in Clover for 2016.


Mission Accomplished: Golf Raises $30,000

Children, special athletes and victims of abuse were the big winners at Family Trust’s annual golf tournament Tuesday at the Rock Hill Country Club. Thirty-three teams and numerous sponsors helped us raise more than $30,000.

Member Loves Rewards for Good Grades

R’maidrea Sanders loves being an Explorer’s Club member because she earns rewards for her good grades. Last quarter, she doubled her money at our quarterly kids reward celebration.

This quarter, we’ll celebrate good grades on June 2 at all Family Trust branches.

I am not yet retired, and the way the financial markets have acted over the past decade, I may never reach that point.   1. When potential fraud is detected, you will receive an automatic email notification, with the option to reply with “fraud” or “no fraud.”
