My husband and I will miss Nikki very much. Every time we have a transaction at the Ebenezer branch, we always peak in her office to see if she's there so we can say hello but if she's busy we just wave. Nikki is exceptionally professional, plus she has a great personal touch with an electric smile. The Ebenezer branch won't be the same without her. Good move FT. In our opinion, it only makes good business sense to move your best branch manager to your new location. We will definitely visit the Fort Mill branch if only to say hello. These very kind comments are the reason why Nikki was chosen. She is a credit to Family Trust and the model we seek for all our managers. Our challenge and our commitment is to find a replacement with her same kindness, care, and passion for service excellence. We will.
